What is a certified lactation support counselor (CLSC)?
A Certified Lactation Support Counselor (CLSC) is a professional trained to provide feeding support and guidance. CLSC’s are equipped with the knowledge and skills to help new parents navigate the challenges and joys of feeding your little one. They offer evidence-based advice on latch techniques, feeding schedules, milk production, and overcoming common feeding issues. With a focus on compassionate care and personalized support, I am here to ensure that both you and your baby have a positive and successful breastfeeding experience. Whether you need help in the early days or ongoing support, I am here to empower you on your feeding journey.

My Packages
Prenatal Prep Package
The best way to start off is to plan! My prep package offers comprehensive guidance on breastfeeding, including establishing feeding goals, to ensure you feel confident and prepared. We provide information and strategies to manage potential challenges such as nipple soreness, milk supply issues, clogged ducts, and mastitis. You'll have access to a wealth of resources to support your breastfeeding journey. Our in-depth prenatal sessions will thoroughly prepare you for breastfeeding, and our postpartum support includes two visits, each lasting two hours, to provide hands-on assistance and address any concerns you may have.

A La Carte Support
For ongoing support, additional postpartum visits can be scheduled as needed. Each additional visit is designed to provide continued assistance and guidance, ensuring you receive the support you need throughout your feeding journey.
